Usage method of e-cigarette cleaning brush

Usage method of e-cigarette cleaning brush
1. Preparations
Power-off and disassembly: Ensure that the e-cigarette has been powered off and separate detachable components such as the atomizer and cartridge from the main unit to prevent circuit damage or safety issues during the cleaning process.
Tool selection: Choose an appropriate cleaning brush based on the structure of the e-cigarette. Usually, cleaning brushes are equipped with brush heads of different sizes. For instance, thinner brush heads are used to clean the internal channels of the atomizer core, while wider brush heads are used to clean the outer shell of the cartridge or the base of the atomizer.
2. Atomizer cleaning
Scrub the atomization core: Remove the atomization core from the atomizer and gently scrub the oil-conducting cotton and heating wire inside the atomization core with a fine brush head. Be careful to move gently to avoid damaging the heating wire or the oil-conducting cotton structure. If there are stubborn stains on the oil-guiding cotton, you can dip a small amount of clean water (not a special cleaner for e-cigarettes) and gently brush it, but make sure it is completely dry after brushing.
Clean the airways: Use a medium-sized brush head to clean the airways inside the nebulizer, including the air intake and exhaust holes. When scrubbing, pay attention to the Angle to ensure that carbon deposits or condensate residues can be removed deep into the airway.
Base cleaning: The base of the atomizer often accumulates condensate or residual e-liquid. Use a wide brush head to dip a small amount of clean water or special cleaning solution (if applicable) and gently brush the surface of the base. Be careful to avoid the contact points of the circuit.
3. Cleaning of cartridges
Shell cleaning: Use a wide brush head to clean the dust or stains on the shell of the cartridge. Avoid using sharp tools to scrape to prevent damage to the shell coating.
Suction nozzle cleaning: If the suction nozzle is detachable, use a fine brush head to clean the internal channels of the suction nozzle. If the suction nozzle is not detachable, you can use a brush head dipped in clean water to gently brush the surface of the suction nozzle. Be careful to avoid water seeping into the interior of the cartridge.
4. Main unit cleaning
External cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush or a wide brush head to clean the dust or stains on the main unit’s casing. If there are stubborn stains on the surface of the main unit, you can gently wipe them with a slightly damp soft cloth, but make sure that the moisture does not seep into the interior of the main unit.
Interface cleaning: Use a fine brush head to clean the interface where the main unit connects to the atomizer to remove carbon deposits or residual condensate. Be careful to move gently to avoid damaging the interface.
5. Post-cleaning treatment
Drying: After cleaning is completed, place all components in a well-ventilated area to dry thoroughly. Ensure there is no residual moisture before assembling and using them.
Assembly: After the components are completely dry, reassemble the e-cigarette in the reverse order of disassembly. When assembling, it is necessary to ensure that all components are tightly connected to avoid oil leakage or poor contact.
6. Frequency of use
Daily cleaning: It is recommended to perform a simple cleaning each time the cartridge or atomizer core is replaced, such as cleaning the nozzle and the casing.
Deep cleaning: Conduct a deep cleaning once a week or every two weeks, including a thorough cleaning of the atomizer core, airway and base, to maintain the best performance of the e-cigarette.
