  • Partial Refund After 24 Hours: For requests made after 24 hours, we can offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount due to customs recall costs.

  • No Refund After Shipment: Once the package is shipped and a tracking number is provided, refunds are not available.

  • Customs Issues: If your package is detained by customs and not released, we will issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer-related issues, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
